Manchester police seize firearm stashed in bushes

A Luger nine milli-metre pistol and two rounds of ammunition were seized during an operation in Hiberna district, Manchester on Monday, the police have confirmed.

It is reported that about 10:00 a.m., law enforcement officers conducted an intelligence-led operation in the community.

During the search, the weapon, along with the ammunition, was found in bushes.

No one was arrested in connection with the seizure.
